Our dedicated team of nursery practitioners are all well-qualified, trained and DBS checked. They have had many years of experience in nurturing young minds and delivering creative and stimulating learning experiences.
Sinead Richardson
Nursery Manager
Sinead is the manager and has been working for Duchess nursery Wallingford since May 2023.
Sinead is Level 3, DSL and SENDCO.
Sinead says:
“I joined the team in May 2023. I am a new mum to a lovely little girl who is in Dragonflies. I have lots of experience in childcare, working within nurseries as management, and also within NHS operations more recently. I cannot wait to start back into nursery life, supporting my staff team and giving the children lots of great experiences.”

"I joined the nursery in June 2021, and I am beginning my Level 3 qualification in childcare. I am currently based in the Dragonflies room and I enjoy supporting and encouraging the children with their development. I enjoy working in the nursery with such a friendly and supportive team. Outside of work I love to spend time with family and friends."
Shannon
Shannon is now Level 2 qualified in Early years and is based in the Griffins room.
"I joined in 2022 to complete my apprenticeship Level 2 in childcare. I have been working with all the children’s age ranges. I am based in the Griffins room."
Emma
Nursery Caterer
"I have been working here since 2018. I enjoy working with a wonderful team and taking care and ensuring the children feel secure and happy. I enjoy cooking home-cooked meals ensuring they are nutritious and delicious, and that the children have a well-balanced diet and meeting their dietary needs."
Morgan
Morgan is now our third in charge, SENDCO and the Griffins room lead
"I joined the team in November 2023. I am Level 3 Qualified and have worked in childcare for since 2021. I am based in 2-3 room and my hobbies and interests outside of nursery are spending time with my family, concerts and doing nails."
Shania
Shania is The deputy Manager. Level 3 and Deputy DSL as well as the Dragonflies room leader.
"I joined the nursery in November 2022 with my little baby boy. I lead the Baby Room Team and love to watch the children grow and provide different activities for them to explore."
Bethani
Bethani is now Level 3 qualified in Early years and is also the acting room leader for the Dragons (Preschool) room.
"I joined Duchess in May 2023. I am level 2 qualified and have lots of experience with working with babies. I am currently completing my level 3 and excited to learn new experiences."
Phoebe
Phoebe is based in the Dragonflies room and has come to Duchess nursery straight from school. Phoebe has jumped straight into her Level 3 in early years.
