🐝 World Bee Day 🐝 ~To celebrate the Griffins children have been working on their fine motor skills and practicing using single handed tool. We set up the fun tuff tray with pasta tubes grouped together to look like honeycomb, corn kernels, tweezers and yellow playdough along with word flash cards, flowers and pictures of bees. The children tried to used the tweezers to pick up the kernels and put them into the honeycomb. We talked about how bees make honey and pollinate flowers.
